Olivia Pope of OPA along with her assistant Harrison go in search of a high profile clients son. He is accused of rape and is late for court. Liv and Harrison find him in a hotel with yet another woman and they hurry to get him out of bed and dressed.

The team attempts to sum up the jury to predict their high profile client’s chances of beating charges of rape. They arrive at the decision that the jury is likely to convict him. Liv and the team advise the client to settle out of court. They later discovered that his accuser had set him up as revenge for her friend who was raped and killed her self as a result.

A high class madam’s clients are being rounded up after the OPA team has discovered her well documented list of clientele. This list is then used to keep from being charged with multiple counts of prostitution. Her high ranking government clients find it worthwhile to drop the charges due to their disclosed involvement. All is “handled” after the madam agrees to dissolve her business and move to be closer to her grandchildren.
