Fox on the Run was used in the trailer but not on the soundtrack. What happened?

James Gunn (the director) recommended the song for the trailers because he didn't like the original one. Not every song that is in the soundtrack is in the movie, like Flashlight, Surrender or Guardians Inferno (composed specifically for the movie) are in the credits, also, Suffragette City was in the advertisements but not the movie.
