A young Sean and his mother listen to a quartet performing Bach.
Sean enters the police precinct.
Sean's father is shopping for groceries at a supermarket and later drives home.
Flashback to Sean listening to classical music as his mother and father have an argument at the kitchen.
Sean is boxing with another person at a gym. Inside the locker room. The person asks Sean to join a boxing tournament but Sean refuses.
Teresa enters her home and takes off her coat. Sean is putting the Cartridges in the gun at his room. Later, Sean is walking through the streets and notices people who are in distress but continues walking.
First song at the bar; Teresa and her partner Gary talk about previous murder cases they worked on and how they're similar to each other.
Second song at the bar; Teresa gets furious with Gary for accusing her of "stealing the glory" from her previous partner in a previous case. He apologies and Teresa leaves to talk to Baldwin about Sean.
Teresa and Gary leave the bar.
Sean and his father are eating cake at a diner. Sean's father tells him how he used to hang out in this place with his mother and friends when one of his old friends comes and have a conversation with him.
Sean and his friend arrive at Jody Freedman's party.
Amanda notices Sean by himself at the party and talks to him.
Sean gives the drawings he found to the freshman. Later, he sits in the couch and episodic memory of the day of the murder and suddenly recalls a minor important detail from the incident. Enraged by the memory, he savagely beats Bruce who was harassing Amanda earlier.
